It takes a big stretch of the mind to find the phallic symbols ... aren't both sprites in question part of the standard RTP?
Everything is RTP in the screenshots, MBT the dragon expressions are just edits of RTP.
Unless those wacky Japanese Enterbrain people have been having penises in RTP all these years, I really don't think it's the case in these pics.

Yeah, it's hard to show any stuff about the maps since it's from 2002. Though the other is supposed to look like that because of as mentioned, is literally "worst pub ever" and the second is part of a big castle so they're not like 100% of every map in the game evers.

Was the person looking at another game or had images of penises burned into their coroneas and thus saw a penis everywhere?
Adventures of MISTER BIG T 2, was denied. Reason was: "The mapping is really bare. I unfortunately can't hold double standards unless there is a specific reason why the maps are bare. Also, penis images makes me wonder if the game has pornographic elements, in which case we cannot include it on the site (e.g. Polymorphous Perversity)".

It's pretty large for the amount of stuff that's in it. And will your sprites fit under that door? Maybe cut down the size or the map a little?
